A Different Point of View?

I lived part of my life as a practicing drug addict. I had seen Len Bias blow his heart up, and Richard Pryor had lit himself on fire, and a when drug addicted prostitute told me it would be OK for me smoke crack- I wanted to believe her. Is that merely a different point of view? Is it just a small error in my thinking? You would immediately say no! But when George Bush attempted to minimalize the crushing expenses of maintaining two wars with standing armies, not to mention Blackwater Security staff, the maintenance expense for tanks and trucks that seven years of 2 wars have destroyed and ended us having further possibility of getting more credit, or preparing for a war against unknown hypothetical enemies I am told that it was all done with the excuse that, "I admired Ronald Reagan". Really, Mr. President, and did it occur to you that President Reagan had Altzheimers Disease while he did all those admirable things you so enjoyed from afar and that you dont know exactly what he did and why?
Now, the Bush administration delays these costs for future generations to pay. This utter fiscal irresponsibility has been disguised through many manipulative financial schemes (such as causing poorer countries to lend us unprecedented sums of money without mentioning it to the Congress, the public, or anyone who actually HAS studied economics), but the time of reckoning is fast approaching. What will happen when the note comes due on this irresponisibility? His model to immulate ( which he did without looking into how his role model handled things) Ronald Reagan, had saved his own reputation (and did so without social scrutiny or speculation) by borrowing money in time to cover his behind without making it public knowledge. Now instead of getting his New World Order fantasy society, ...he has let - his party down, his country down, and the pitiful, unfortunate, and questionable followers are still trying very hard not to admit a mistake. It reminds me of people who go to stinking movie because someone that they consider a friend told them it was great, although everyone else told them it sucked, and found out it did in fact really suck. They don't agree with the majority, they insist, "Well, I don't know, I kind of liked it." Because they want to seem intelligent enough to know something that stinks when they see it, as well as more intelligent than the majority. That is how George Bush immulated Ronald Reagan and so destroyed our economy so masterfully that we may never recover. I know that it is not politically correct for me to say that. But the people who think that it is wrong because I should support the president should ask themselves if he gave me the same respect or instead ran off blindly trying to sabotage our lives which causes me to lose all respect for him. So, I say to you, if someone disagrees with you about your views, the next time someone tries to shout you down and say that they are on the right path because they are following a leader, remember, leaders have to be proven, not trusted blindly. Our first clue should have been the attitude that he knew what he was doing. Anyone, ...and I repeat - Anyone should 1) be scared to death to screw things up for the rest of us and 2) they should be able to see when they are wrong. The Bush administration already proved that they can't admit mistakes, so, how did he get re-elected? The reason that even registered Republicans voted Democrat this year is that these people saw wrong for right despite their usual inability to see beyond the party line. Previous to this election the reason that Democrats or Republicans can see beyond their own party line is the reason we have independent parties. This year everyone voted for Change because Barrack Obama showed that he was used to changing things, even though John McCain talked about change while trying to continue the same failed policies. His comment to Obama that, "You can't be trying to discredit the policies of our beloved president Ronald Reagan, can you?" as if he knew something about economics and didn't know that Ronald Reagan's policies failed during his administration, as well, although he covered it the same way he did the Iran Contra affair and the financial backing and arms backing that we gave Afghan rebels. To anyone who still thinks they didn't do anything wrong to cover up after Ronald Reagan, then tell me what Nixon was indicted for?

What's So Confusing?

Today I hear George Bush on Television trying to rewrite history and make the bailout package that he and John McCain took credit for in the beginning become "Barack Obama's" bailout.
That way, if something goes wrong the republicans can blame it on Obama. I will suggest we all retain video coverage of president Bush standing on the white house lawn stating that we were in a financial crisis that most of us were already aware of. He acts as if he thinks NOT SAYING something makes it not be true. He created the lack of faith in himself or our economy by trying to act like, "Everything's just dandy...", while tempering the statement with saying that, "I know the American people can come back from this, they always do." Come back from what, George? IF you didn't create a financial crisis we wouldn't need to come back from anything. Your dad called Reagan's policies Voodoo Economics. In other words, no matter how far he sets us back we will attempt to survive. No, really? You think?! Like we have a choice.
I find it interesting that when he was first in the white house he said he admired Reagan and L.B.J. and now it is Lincoln. Did Lincoln lie to the people in order to make them have more faith in the country? It is hard for me to believe he is as stupid as he is. He doesn't seem to understand why the guy who threw a pair of shoes at him did committed that act. It was stated on the news that hitting someone with one's shoe is a matter of greatest disrespect in Iraq and he still doesn't understand that. Do his advisors tell him anything? That is the whole problem concerning dealing with people who vote for their party without researching the history of the politician. I do mean the real history, not conjecture and lies. He was just asked if he thought he would ever see an African American man in the white house. He said yes, right after saying how he was getting a ring side seat at a incredible moment in history. we all know it burns his ass. Not only did he drag his own party down, he succeeded in making the American people prefer a black man as their leader instead of his party's white candidate. A whole lot of registered Republicans voted Democrat this year mostly because of George Bush in an atmosphere of a Pollyanna Public Relations administration. I guess the comments about the fundamentals of the economy being strong two days before the admitting by the white house of the fact that everyone else seemed to notice, the financial crisis, didn't help the campaign much. John McCain actually doesn't have any idea where the economy is as he isn't effected by it. As long as people keep buying Budweiser, his wife is going to be rich. As long as he is another rich politician, he will stay rich. In touch with the middle class? Actually caring or wanting for things to change? Show me!
All for now,
Mildman

Thanks A Lot, You Wanna Be President?

Thanks, for lying and cheating to become president in the first place. Did you really think this doesn't matter? We see now how it does.
Thanks, George for the jobs we keep losing, 53,000 just reported at Citigroup for 2009 today.
Thanks, for the economic disaster you created spending our surplus on a war that YOUR DAD told you we could never win. Here, read this: When Al Quaeda was asked if they thought that they could bring a superpower like Russia down, they replied, "NO, but we can get them to bring themselves down, trying to bring us down." You have to know they are laughing their ass off at you. That was on the Associated Press. Don't you know how to read? Obviously you never studied math or economics. They are laughing at your dumb ass right now because you played into their hands. You, singlehandedly brought more financial damage than 9/11 did.
I might go on to quote the Washington Post online that said,
"Al-Qaeda is watching the U.S. stock market's downward slide with something akin to jubilation, with its leaders hailing the financial crisis as a vindication of its strategy of crippling America's economy through endless, costly foreign wars against Islamist insurgents.
And at least some of its supporters think Sen. John McCain is the presidential candidate best suited to continue that trend.
"Al-Qaeda will have to support McCain in the coming election," said a commentary posted Monday on the extremist Web site al-Hesbah, which is closely linked to the terrorist group. It said the Arizona Republican would continue the "failing march of his predecessor," President Bush. "
This quote from Al-Qaeda shows that not only doesn't George Bush keep them from attacking us, instead they are considering doing it again if any more of his cronies are elected president since he did such a lousy job of retaliating that they aren't fearful at all of us. The Times article went on to say,
"It will push the Americans deliberately to vote for McCain so that he takes revenge for them against al-Qaeda," said the posting, attributed to Muhammad Haafid, a longtime contributor to the password-protected site. "Al-Qaeda then will succeed in exhausting America."
They also stated this about Barack Obama,
"Islamist militants have generally had less to say about Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois. Leaders of the Iranian-backed group Hezbollah expressed a favorable view of Obama during the primary campaign but later rejected the Democrat after he delivered speeches expressing support for Israel. "
So, Thanks Again, George, for not listening to anyone but the same few dumbasses that your own father ignored when he was in office.
Thanks for putting us back on welfare instead of working. At least the Clinton administration made sure we were working. We had a surplus and the national deficit under control under Bill Clinton and you know it so tell the Pundits to quit lying about that.
Thanks for trying to reinstate Reaganomics, which by the way, are actually known as SUPPLY SIDE ECONOMICS. ( Look on Wikipedia under Capitalism and try to learn something. Or just ask your Dad what he meant by Voodoo Economics.)
